multi-cellular motifs (size 2, 3, and 4) in spatial omics data.
Provides a lightweight 'SpatialGraph' representation backed by
parquet, enumeration over igraph, spatially-aware null models,
motif-to-gene association, and cross-region or cross-sample
comparison. Designed to be framework-agnostic so that the core
can be folded into Giotto Suite later.</description><link>https://github.com/r-universe/drieslab/actions/runs/37823185357</link><pubDate>Wed, 07 Oct 2026 18:27:40 GMT</pubDate><r:package>smotif</r:package><r:version>0.2.0</r:version><r:status>success</r:status><r:repository>https://drieslab.r-universe.dev</r:repository><r:upstream>https://github.com/drieslab/smotif</r:upstream><r:article><r:source>smotif.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>smotif.html</r:filename><r:title>Spatial multi-cellular motifs with smotif</r:title><r:created>2026-05-15 01:15:49</r:created><r:modified>2026-05-15 01:15:49</r:modified></r:article></item><item><title>[drieslab] smotifrs 0.2.0</title><author>rdries@bu.edu (Ruben Dries)</author><description>Drop-in Rust acceleration for the smotif R package:

large, spatially indexed data. Tile plans are first-class
objects describing a set of bounds, which may be regular grids
in pixel or coordinate space, tiles centered on supplied
points, or adaptive decompositions such as quadtrees. Bounds
may carry padding, supplying the overlapping context that
neighborhood operations and objects spanning several tiles
require. Extraction dispatches on the class of the input, so
one plan can window two data sources of differing type
together; methods are provided for 'terra' rasters and vector
proxies, and other packages can register methods for their own
formats. Tiles are processed in parallel through 'future', or
optionally 'BiocParallel', and a per-worker initialization step
amortizes expensive setup such as loading a model.</description><link>https://github.com/r-universe/drieslab/actions/runs/37823185714</link><pubDate>Thu, 17 Sep 2026 06:53:43 GMT</pubDate><r:package>tilework</r:package><r:version>1.0.0</r:version><r:status>success</r:status><r:repository>https://drieslab.r-universe.dev</r:repository><r:upstream>https://github.com/drieslab/tilework</r:upstream><r:article><r:source>tile-plans.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>tile-plans.html</r:filename><r:title>Choosing and Creating a Tile Plan</r:title><r:created>2026-04-06 19:02:33</r:created><r:modified>2026-04-08 04:15:34</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>patch-feature-extraction.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>patch-feature-extraction.html</r:filename><r:title>Patch-Based Feature Extraction for Machine Learning</r:title><r:created>2026-04-06 18:05:12</r:created><r:modified>2026-04-08 04:15:34</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>tile-orchestration.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>tile-orchestration.html</r:filename><r:title>Selecting, Grouping, and Iterating Tiles</r:title><r:created>2026-04-06 19:02:33</r:created><r:modified>2026-07-31 16:42:07</r:modified></r:article></item></channel></rss>
